How can I refer my friends?

If you are our customer, you will automatically receive a referral link from us. Just share the link with your friends. That’s it. When someone gets our product /service with your link, they are considered as your referral. When they activate their service, you will be notified and eligible for the bonus payment. They will also be eligible for their welcome bonus as a new customer.

I lost my referral link, how can I get it?

No worries, you can login to your affiliate dashboard to access the link or simply write to us at support@coracle.de or call us on +49 40 60775010.

I have referred some friends in the past, can I get the bonus?

The bonus can be paid only for the customers, who used your link to apply. It is practically impossible for us to track any references outside our referral link.

Where can I see how many of my friends used my link?

You will be notified via email each time someone uses your link to apply for our services. Besides this, you will have access to your own affiliate dashboard, where you can see all the statistics like number of referrals, active ones, total cash bonus earned, payment status etc.

How many friends can I refer?

You can refer as many as you can. The more, the merrier. Sky is the limit😊

I am not a Coracle customer. Can I refer my friends?

My friend said, he/she used the link, but I do not see it in my dashboard. How can this happen?

There can be many reasons that an application is not considered as a referral. For example, your friend might have used another referral link or applied to us directly. We use an established third-party software that has excellent reputation for tracking referrals.

Please visit https://affiliates.coracle.de/login and use the forgot password option.

How much is the bonus?

For each successful new customer, you get 10 Euros and your friend gets 10 Euros😊

When will I get my bonus?

You and your friend will be eligible for the bonus, once your friend activates the product / service that he/she took from us.

When will my friends get their bonus?

Your friend will get the welcome bonus (10 Euros), once he/she activates the product (Coracle PRIME package, or Blocked Account or Public Health Insurance).

How will I get my bonus?

Your bonus will be paid to your bank account (Girokonto).

How often do you pay the pending bonus?

At start of each month, we will initiate the bonus payments for the active and pending bonus till end of previous month.

Can I get my bonus to a foreign bank account?
