Coracle Customer Portal
Students will have an online portal where they can access all of their banking and insurance documents, check their blocked account status, and make changes to their Uni or Travel date, at any time! This new addition to the Coracle package gives students the power to organize themselves in the best way for their visa appointments and while in Germany.
Don’t worry! Coracle’s famous customer support team will still be available to help with any doubts students may have, keeping up with our 24-hour turnaround commitment.
With the new portal students will be able to:
- Download their insurance and blocked account documents 24/7
- View blocked account transaction history
- Activate monthly payouts
- Make changes to their University
- Update Travel date and download new Travel document immediately

Refer-a-Friend on the Go
Our customers love to refer us to their friends. We have made this “sharing of love” a lot easier now. The customer’s personalised referral link is always accessible in the customer portal. The link can be copied and shared any number of times via chats, emails, forums etc. Overview of the referral history with key information like total referrals, money earned etc is readily available in the customer portal.
We recognize that our students are all coming from different backgrounds and while most do understand English, we know that reading about banking and insurance in your native language makes the journey just that much simpler.
